How to Delete Your Account

Option 1 — From the App Recommended

  1. Open the CallRecap app on your Android device.
  2. Go to Settings (tap the gear icon in the top right).
  3. Scroll to the Account section.
  4. Tap Delete Account.
  5. Confirm deletion. Your account and data are deleted immediately.

Option 2 — By Email Alternative

If you no longer have access to the app, send us a deletion request by email:

Include the email address associated with your CallRecap account. We will process your request within 30 days and send confirmation.

What Gets Deleted

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data is erased from our servers. Recordings saved to your personal Google Drive, OneDrive, or Dropbox are not affected — manage those directly in those services.
